Volunteer activities may include
- Meeting and greeting visitors as they arrive
- Engaging with visitors as they explore the museum
- Cataloguing new donations and assisting with collections work
- Preparing resources for family workshops and educational sessions
- Supporting children’s activities during half term and school holidays
- Assisting at public events and community programmes
- Creating content for the museum’s social media channels and blog
