Two very special photographs of Newton Abbot (Previously on display in The Taphouse at Tuckers Maltings) can now be viewed at the museum

The photographs are believed to have been taken by the John Hinde company in the early 1970s, using  original 5 × 4-inch transparencies. The transparencies were originally created for the production of postcards but have only very recently been restored, with the photographs printed specifically for exhibiting in the town.
